Chorizo and Paprika Potatoes 

This is a great dish if you fancy some thing a bit different with your roast dinner or we had it just as a side dish with our meal (mustard and Rosemary pork yum!). You could even try putting different types of vegetables with it too like parsnips, carrots or even a red pepper.

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 red onion, roughly chopped 

12 baby new potatoes, halved 

2 tbsp smoked paprika 

 150g chorizo

3 garlic cloves, crushed 

Pepper, to taste 

  1. Preheat oven to 200C before preparing ingredients.
  2. Place potatoes, chorizo, onions and garlic in a large baking tray. Sprinkle the paprika and pepper all over. Make sure it is coating every thing by mixing it all with your hands.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
