Salsa is one of those things I used to buy in a jar but then discovered that it’s just as easy to make it. I have made mine with leftover tomatoes I had rolling around the fridge. We use it for so many things including, tacos, as a dip with crisps, in a burger and also in some meals.
3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 red onion finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1tsp chilli powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If you can prefer you can pulse the salsa in a blender if you would like a smoother consistency.
