Yorkshire puddings are one of the easiest things to make once you know how. My mum taught me how to make them so I thought it’s about time I show Eva! There is plenty for children to do: weighing/sieving the flour, pouring the milk and, whisking the egg and mixture.
This is the same recipe I use for making pancakes and the batter for toad in the hole.

As you may or may not know, I am a keen cake maker/eater and a big Star Wars fan. No I’m not jumping on the band wagon, I’m a lifelong fan!
I was recently asked to review one of Baker days letterbox cakes from their Christmas designs. My first thought was that it was a genius idea and why didn’t I think of it! Secondly I thought, how is a cake going to survive the Royal Mail, especially my postman who is a bit heavy handed when it comes to parcels?!
